 How Many Workouts Will I Be Required To Do?

You'll be required to complete at least 3 Eze Fit workouts a week to maximize results. However, we understand life gets in the way at times, but we recommend the minimal of 3 classes a week. If you can't make it to our classes, you can do our recorded or live zoom workouts.

 What If I'm A Beginner or Have Injuries?

No matter what experience level you're at, our staff and team will be there to guide you every step of the way. This challenge is broken down for you, making a hassle-free experience. Our team of dedicated coaches will help modify exercises for you whether due to injuries or other reasons noted.

 How Long Will It Take To Achieve Your Perfect Body?

The strategies in this 6 Week Program are designed specifically for rapid fat loss and lean muscle gains. Results will be visible right away if you follow the nutrition and training systems given. Your meal plans will be extremely flexible and you will be able to choose the foods you love and swap out the foods you hate with the replacement list given. Most importantly you'll never get bored eating the same meals over and over again like your "typical diet".
